Your purchase of a print, allows you the purchaser, only personal use rights (to own a copy of the photograph and the right to display that artwork for personal use). The print you purchase may NOT be scanned, re-photographed, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed outside of home or work, published online (including on any social media) without the prior written permission of Samara Peddle and her legal advisors. Unauthorized duplication or usage for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted. We protect our copyright interests.

All photography has been printed at a professional digital photo lab and are high quality archival prints. Print paper includes: FujiFilm Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper, FujiFilm Professional Paper, Konica Digital LongLife 100 Professional Paper, or another comparable quality.

All mats are personally handcut and signed by the artist. The print will come in a clear sealed sleeve for protection. You can display the photography in this packaging or choose to remove and frame it.

The watermark/copyright name will not be printed on the photograph you purchase (though the legal copyright terms still apply).
